Warm up: focus on shoulders and legs
     WOD: EMOTM for 10 minutes
                 2 squat snatches with 2 second pause at the bottom.
     Notes: try to increase weight every 2 rounds. Post weights used
*Scaled*: 1 power snatch + 1 overhead squat (x2)
           REST for  5 minutes then....
                3 rounds
                10 snatches (95/75lbs)
                  1 minute rest
