      WOD: 20 minute AMRAP
                  10 single arm dumbbell snatches (L+R=2)
                  25 meter waiters/ farmers carry
                  10 kettle bell swings
                  25 meter waiters/ farmers carry
      * Post rounds and weights used*
EXTRA CREDIT: 5 minute AMRAP
                               5 C2B pull ups
                               5 ring dips
